FAQ

Who is this club for?

The club is for families with kids below the age of 6. While we have adult spaces and programming, our clubs are exclusively for families and not individuals

What is your stroller policy?

Like everything else in New York, we have limited space for stroller parking. For foldable strollers, we have hanging space.

What is your food and drink policy?

Coffee and other beverages are free on-premise. We also provide snacks and pouches for young kids. Please note, we are a nut-free space.

Do you have a diaper changing station?

Our bathroom is equipped with a changing station, wipes and other emergency baby supplies.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things come up and you cannot make it. Please try to cancel 24 hours in advance. For less notice, we will try to fill your timeslot but cannot guarantee a full refund.

Do you offer drop-off care?

Carnaby is designed for the whole family to enjoy and hence, we do not offer drop-off care. We offer supervised play hours and classes where caregiver or parent presence is not required. Please check when booking.
